Shipping policy

Processing time
All in-stock orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays). Shipments may be delayed if we are experiencing a high volume or orders or there are postal service problems outside of our control. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

International Shipping
At this time, we can only ship to addresses within the United States and do not offer International shipping.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Neshicrystals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
